Food Formulation Manager Professional

Responsibilities

Support the design and execution of the pre-formulation, formulation and associated food and beverage product development studies.

Support the development and optimization of product formulations and manufacturing processes.

Support the day-to-day lab operations by maintaining a safe and clean environment through good laboratory practice.

Develop, review, and implement departmental procedures, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) for performing internal duties.

Be able to interact effectively in a team-based environment.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in an applicable area such as Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Science or a related field is required.

5+ years of Product experience in Food PLM or industry experience in Food & Beverage Product

Develop Strong executive presence and relationship skills Strong analytical, project management, interpersonal and team leadership skills Strong understanding of food or formulated product development processes

Ability to identify and effectively resolve issues

Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and facilitation skills Exceptional team building and leadership skills
