Key Responsibilities

• Collaborating with management and other departments within the company to identify end-user requirements and specifications
• Create wireframes to decide on the layout
• Producing efficient and elegant code based on requirements
• Write or review code for various applications
• Run functionality testings and debug code
• Testing and deploying programs and applications
• Troubleshooting, debugging, maintaining and improving existing software
• Compiling and assessing user feedback to improve software performance
• Observing user feedback to recommend improvements to existing software products
• Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
• Developing quality assurance procedures
• Work very closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
• Communicating effectively with clients and teams.
• Preparing reports on programming project specifications, activities, or status.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or any other related degree
• 2-5 years of demonstrable experience working as a PHP/Laravel developer performing unit testing, and managing APIs such as REST
• A solid understanding of application design using Laravel.
• Knowledge of database design and querying using SQL.
• Perfect knowledge of the software development life-cycle
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret and follow technical plans
• Attention to detail
